The circulation staff assigns you to a workstation, files your requests for materials and services, and gives you your tapes and CDs for your language classes. They will also answer your questions about available materials and usage of the lab.

Technicians

The technicians are helpful when you are in the lab working on a computer. They know the system and can help you around both hardware and software problems.
